Senior Account Cum HR Executive (13368)

Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field (accounting major preferred)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in full set accounts (preferably with audit experiences)
• Knowledge of SST, audit, and financial reporting standards
• Able to manage HR & admin matters (HR experience not mandatory)
• Proficient in accounting software (Quick Book)
• Manage full set of accounts including GL, AR, AP, and bank reconciliation
• Handle monthly closing, financial reports, and audit schedules
• Oversee cash flow management, budgeting, and financial forecasting
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of SST and other statutory reports
• Liaise with external parties including auditors, tax agents, company secretary, bankers, and vendors
• Maintain proper documentation and compliance with local accounting standards and company policies
• Support HR functions including maintaining employee records, leave management, and basic payroll coordination
• Handle administrative duties such as office supply management, insurance processing, and employee health screening coordination
• Assist with implementation of internal controls and process improvements
