- Minimum 5 years of experience in full set accounts (preferably with audit experiences)
- Knowledge of SST, audit, and financial reporting standards
- Able to manage HR & admin matters (HR experience not mandatory)
- Proficient in accounting software (Quick Book)
- Manage full set of accounts including GL, AR, AP, and bank reconciliation
- Handle monthly closing, financial reports, and audit schedules
- Oversee cash flow management, budgeting, and financial forecasting
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of SST and other statutory reports
- Liaise with external parties including auditors, tax agents, company secretary, bankers, and vendors
- Maintain proper documentation and compliance with local accounting standards and company policies
- Support HR functions including maintaining employee records, leave management, and basic payroll coordination
- Handle administrative duties such as office supply management, insurance processing, and employee health screening coordination
- Assist with implementation of internal controls and process improvements
