Senior Human Resource Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a well-organized and proactive Senior / Human Resource Executive to manage HR functions while providing secretarial and administrative support to senior management. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in HR and/or secretarial roles.
  • Familiar with Malaysian labor laws, statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, etc.), and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRMS/Payroll systems.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willing to travel (occasionally).
  • Working experience with Plantation Company will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Application such as MS Word and MS Excel. Candidates with knowledge on UBS or Easy Pay or Worsky
  • payroll systems will be an added advantage
  • Responsible for monthly payroll. Ensure monthly payroll and statutory payment is administered in a timely and accurate
  • manner in accordance with local legislation.
  • Undertake and ad-hoc tasks pertaining to HR & Administrative duties as and when required.
  • Preferable Mandarin, English & Malay in both written & spoken.
  • Can start work immediately, will be an added advantage.
  • Salary negotiable.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting senior-level executives.
  • Knowledge of ISO or HR audit processes is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resource Duties:

  • Assist in full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, leave management, and employee relations.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
  • Coordinate performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, and HR policy implementation.
  • Support HR initiatives and maintain compliance with Malaysian labor laws (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and EA).
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
  • Liaise with government agencies and external vendors as needed.
