Human Resource Executive
Yike Beauty Enterprise Kuala Lumpur Full-time
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is essential.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required and Mandarin (optional) to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce and stakeholders.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in Human Resources, demonstrating a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Proficiency in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates to meet the company's staffing needs.
- Solid experience in employee relations, adept at managing employee grievances, providing counseling, and ensuring a positive work environment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement performance management systems, including setting KPIs, conducting performance appraisals, and providing constructive feedback.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Malaysian labor laws and regulations.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Proven conflict resolution skills, capable of mediating disputes and finding amicable solutions to workplace issues.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with Yike Beauty's culture and values.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Malaysian labor laws and regulations, ensuring consistent application and providing guidance to employees and management.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations, while serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits and compensation.
- Support performance management processes, including performance appraisals, goal setting, and development planning, to drive employee engagement and improve overall performance.
- Address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and provide guidance to managers and employees to resolve conflicts and promote a positive work environment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, supporting the company's growth and development objectives.
- Support the superior in various HR projects and initiatives, including compensation analysis, employee engagement surveys, and HR process improvements.
