Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or above in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Labor and Social Security or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in human resource management, experience in personnel management in manufacturing industry (automotive, appliance, electronics, etc.) is preferred.
  • Familiar with national and local labor laws and regulations, proficient in the practical process of all HR modules, and experience in team management is preferred.
  • Have relevant work experience in human cost analysis, human resource planning, corporate culture construction, etc., and experience in HR management of large enterprises is preferred.
  • Proficient in professional knowledge of all HR management modules, and master the methods and skills of building personnel and administrative management systems and optimizing processes.
  • Familiar with national labor laws and regulations, able to independently handle labor disputes and personnel emergencies, and ensure the company’s compliance with labor employment.
  • Have excellent organizational and planning ability, able to independently formulate and implement human resource planning, training plans, corporate culture construction plans, etc.
  • Have good communication, coordination and negotiation skills, able to effectively coordinate internal and external relations, and handle employee demands and cross-departmental collaboration matters.
  • Have strong problem-solving ability and pressure resistance, able to solve problems quickly in complex work scenarios and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Have excellent team leadership and training ability, able to effectively motivate subordinates, improve team professional ability and work efficiency, and complete departmental work objectives.
  • Have good data analysis and report compilation ability, able to review work results through data and provide data support for HR decision-making.
  • Have strong writing ability, able to independently formulate official documents such as the company’s personnel and administrative management systems, plans and reports.
  • Proficient in Office software (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook), and skilled in data statistics, report production and presentation design.
  • Proficient in professional HR tools such as Human Resource Management System (HRMS), attendance and salary accounting software, and recruitment management system.
  • Familiar with the basic operation of office equipment and information systems, and able to cooperate with the IT department to handle simple equipment and system faults.
Human Resource Planning & System Construction
  • Participate in the company’s strategic planning, formulate a matching medium and long-term human resource development plan, and review and dynamically adjust it regularly.
  • Organize the formulation, revision and implementation of the company’s personnel and administrative management systems (recruitment, training, performance, compensation, employee relations, etc.), ensuring the compliance and implementation of the systems.
  • Optimize job setting and staffing planning according to the company’s organizational structure and business development needs, and carry out human cost analysis and control.
Talent Recruitment & Selection
  • Build the company’s talent recruitment and selection system, formulate recruitment plans, and overall in charge of recruitment and selection for core and management positions.
  • Develop and maintain various recruitment channels (campus recruitment, social recruitment, headhunting, etc.), improve recruitment efficiency and talent matching, and ensure the manpower needs of all departments.
  • Organize recruitment interviews, background checks, employment approval and other work, standardize the recruitment process, and control recruitment quality.
Training & Development
  • Build the company’s hierarchical and classified employee training and development system, formulate annual training plans, and organize the implementation of new employee induction training, job skill training, management ability training, etc.
  • Evaluate training effects, collect employee training needs, continuously optimize the training system and course content, and improve employees’ comprehensive quality and job competency.
  • Promote the construction of employee career development channels, formulate employee career development plans based on employee performance and ability, and help employees grow together with the company.
  • Performance Management
  • Build and optimize the company’s performance management system, formulate performance evaluation policies and indicator systems, and organize all departments to carry out performance assessment work.
  • Supervise and guide the performance assessment process of all departments, solve problems in the assessment process, and ensure the fairness, impartiality and openness of performance assessment.
  • Organize the review and application of performance results, link performance results with salary adjustment, promotion, training, etc., and give full play to the role of performance incentives.
Compensation & Benefits Management
  • Formulate and optimize the company’s compensation and benefit system and promotion policy according to the industry level and the company’s actual situation, ensuring the competitiveness and fairness of compensation.
  • Organize salary research, salary accounting, salary increase review, employee promotion review and other work, and standardize the compensation and benefit management process.
  • Improve the employee welfare system (social insurance, housing fund, festival benefits, employee care, etc.), and enhance employees’ welfare experience and sense of happiness.
Employee Relations & Compliance Management
  • Be responsible for employee labor contract management (signing, renewal, termination, cancellation), standardize the labor employment process, and ensure compliance with national labor laws and regulations.
  • Establish and maintain a good employee communication mechanism, collect employee opinions and suggestions, solve employee demands in a timely manner, and resolve labor disputes.
  • Be responsible for basic personnel work such as employee personnel file management, attendance and leave management, social insurance and housing fund payment, ensuring accurate data and standardized processes.
  • Handle various personnel emergencies, cooperate with the management to do a good job in employee stability maintenance, and ensure the company’s production and operation order.
Administrative & Logistic Management
  • Organize the formulation, implementation and improvement of the company’s administrative management system, and overall in charge of office environment management, office supplies procurement, vehicle management, logistics support and other work.
  • Overall in charge of the company’s computer information and information system management, ensuring the stable operation of office equipment, networks, HR management systems, etc., and handling related faults and problems.
  • Coordinate the company’s external administrative communication, connect with relevant government departments, and handle various administrative external liaison work.
Corporate Culture Construction
  • Formulate a corporate culture construction plan according to the company’s core values, organize various cultural publicity and team building activities, and enhance team cohesion.
  • Publicize the company’s development philosophy, corporate culture and rules and regulations, guide employees to recognize and practice the company culture, and create a positive working atmosphere.
Team Management
  • Be responsible for the internal team building of the department, formulate work objectives and performance assessment indicators for subordinate positions, and guide subordinates to carry out daily work.
  • Organize subordinates to carry out professional skill and management ability training, improve the overall professional level and work efficiency of the team, and build a high-quality personnel and administrative team.
  • Carry out internal communication and collaboration of the department, solve problems in team work in a timely manner, and improve team cohesion and execution.
Documentation & Reporting
  • Timely update and maintain HR-related documents (employee files, system documents, training materials, performance records, etc.), ensuring the integrity and accuracy of documents.
  • Compile HR-related reports (personnel structure, recruitment data, training data, performance data, human cost, etc.) to provide data support for management decision-making.
  • Sort out and file personnel and administrative related work materials, establish a sound document management system, and facilitate data query and use.
