HR Administrator

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR or administrative role (Fresh graduate may be considered).
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

- Maintain and update employee records (personal data, attendance, leave, etc)
- Assist in recruitment processes (posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, and HR reports.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and staff claim.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Coordinate training sessions and company events.
- Perform general administrative duties (Filing, data entry, documentation).
- Monitor office stationary and arrange purchases (e.g. A4 paper, pens, ink, battery).
