  • 1-3 years of experience in HR or administrative role (Fresh graduate may be considered).
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.

  • Maintain and update employee records (personal data, attendance, leave, etc)
  • Assist in recruitment processes (posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, and HR reports.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and staff claim.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Coordinate training sessions and company events.
  • Perform general administrative duties (Filing, data entry, documentation).
  • Monitor office stationary and arrange purchases (e.g. A4 paper, pens, ink, battery).
