- Minimum have 1 year of the customer service experience
- Good command of English & Mandarin

- Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries
- Handle queries via phone, email, or ticketing system
- Provide accurate and timely information based on company HR guidelines and SOPs
- Assist employees with HR systems
- Resolve basic HR issues and escalate complex cases to the relevant HR teams
- Track, update, and manage cases in the ticketing system to ensure proper documentation
- Follow up on open cases to ensure resolution within SLA timelines
