Work in Puchong HQ
Basic Salary RM1700 to RM2200- Process accounts payable invoices, ensuring accurate coding and timely payment to vendors.
- Reconcile vendor statements, investigate discrepancies, and resolve any outstanding issues.
- Prepare and process payments via online banking platforms.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including filing and organizing documents.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and reconciliations.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing journal entries and assisting with audit preparations.
- Handle petty cash disbursements and reconcile petty cash accounts.
- Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry, photocopying, and filing.
- Assist with other accounting tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
