Account Assistant Cum Admin (Mandarin Speaker)

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting or related field (Account Assistant role preferred)

• Proficient in SQL Accounting system and Microsoft Excel
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, costing, and basic taxation knowledge
• Audit background is an added advantage
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Well-organised, responsible, and able to meet tight deadlines
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
• Good problem-solving skills and strong team player
• Assist in handling partial to full set of accounts, including cost accounting, taxation, and month-end closing support.
• Prepare financial reports (BS & P&L) and perform reconciliations.
• Maintain standard costing and analyze cost variances.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations; support audit and tax submissions.
• Handle transfer pricing documentation and related compliance.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
