Account Assistant (会计助理)

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and record-keeping
- Support the preparation of various financial reports and analysis as required
- Contribute to the implementation of accounting policies, procedures, and controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide accounting support and resolve financial queries
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Account Assistant or in a similar role within the accounting field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
- Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Autocount)
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Malaysian accounting standards and regulations
