These positions require regional travel to areas such as Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia and call for a proactive mindset to deliver exceptional solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve or surpass sales targets while managing and expanding the existing customer base.
- Identify and establish new customers, continuously exploring business opportunities for sustained growth.
- Source and represent new products that complement the company’s current portfolio.
- Develop, execute, and oversee marketing plans to support aggressive sales growth initiatives.
- Promote and sell the company’s product range to both existing and prospective customers, including regional travel as needed.
- Follow up diligently on sales inquiries and quotations, with a strong emphasis on design-in activities to push new and existing products.
- Degree or Diploma in Electronic or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3-4 years of sales experience with a proven track record in the SMT/SEMICON industry.
- Highly motivated, result-oriented professional with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and fine business acumen.
- Willingness to travel regionally as assigned.
- Independence and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
