Warehouse Operation Executive

Strictly follow the company's standard operating procedures (SOP) to perform the warehousing and outbound operations of goods to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the goods；
- Responsible for the supervision and management of daily warehouse operations to ensure that the warehouse operates normally and efficiently；
- Regularly count inventory to ensure the accuracy and consistency of inventory data, and promptly handle and summarize inventory differences；
- Process customer orders in accordance with SOP requirements to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders；
- Track order progress, promptly resolve problems that arise during order processing, and ensure customer satisfaction。
- Prefer at least Diploma in logistics management, supply chain management, warehouse management, administration or similar education background.。
- Prefer at least 1 year experience in logistic or warehouse industry.
- Fresh graduate are mostly welcome；
- Familiar with warehouse operation procedures and standards, proficient in using warehouse management systems and office software；
- Able to read, write and speak in English and Bahasa Melayu;
- Candidates who understand Mandarin will be added advantage.
