We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-focused Project Manager to lead interior fit-out projects within the hospitality industry. The successful candidate will be accountable for the comprehensive planning, execution, and timely delivery of projects, ensuring they meet budgetary constraints and uphold the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of fit-out projects for hotels, resorts, and other hospitality establishments, from tender stage to project completion and handover.
• Provide technical input during the pre-contract phase, including tender preparation, proposal presentation, and client liaison.
• Oversee post-contract responsibilities including project scheduling, budgeting, quality control, commercial and contract management, timelines, and HSSE compliance.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure all specifications, requirements, and expectations are met.
• Monitor site progress, enforce quality and safety standards, and conduct regular inspections with the Contract Manager/Project Supervisor to maintain compliance with project and ISO/client standards.
• Identify potential risks or issues early and implement corrective measures to prevent delays and budget overruns.
• Conduct regular site visits and provide timely progress reports to stakeholders, including weekly updates.
• Ensure comprehensive and compliant project handover with all necessary documentation.
• Understand and manage the basic scope of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works.
• Assist in developing and implementing safe work procedures.
• Lead and guide the project team to ensure efficient execution and successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing hospitality or commercial interior fit-out projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction and interior design workflows.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to handle multiple projects concurrently.
