Project Manager - Ampang Jaya

Education: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field (preferred).

• Experience: Min 6+ years in construction project management
• Soft Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication. Able to lead a team of site engineers
• Physical Requirements: Ability to visit construction sites and inspect work (as needed)
• Language: Proficiency in Mandarin (both spoken and written)
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders
• Review architectural and engineering designs to ensure feasibility and compliance
• Estimate costs, prepare budgets, and monitor expenditures
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
• Conduct regular site visits and meetings to track progress and resolve issues
• Ensure all workers follow safety protocols and company policies
• Inspect work progress to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Address delays, emergencies, or other issues promptly
• Provide regular updates on project status, including progress reports and budget review
• Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, change orders, and permits
• Prepare and submit project closeout documents (warranties, as-built drawings, etc.)
