Ampang Jaya - Project Manager

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager/Executive to support the successful implementation of AI solutions across enterprise clients in Malaysia & the APAC Region. As part of the Customer Success team, this role bridges client needs with internal teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of chatbot and voice AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in enterprise software project coordination, Agile practices, and client engagement. Exposure to product management processes is a plus.

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of AI projects, including chatbot and voice AI deployments.
• Gather and analyse client requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to align project scope with business objectives.
• Manage and track project timelines, scope, deliverables, and risks using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Facilitate smooth API integration between client systems and AiChat platforms.
• Create and maintain project documentation such as technical workflows, UI/UX wireframes, and user stories.
• Organize and support client demos, proofs-of-concept, and post-deployment reviews.
• Assist with RFP responses, proposal documentation, and solution design planning.
• Monitor project KPIs, reporting and ensure clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in project delivery processes and client satisfaction.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in enterprise software project coordination or digital transformation roles.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies; PMP certification preferred.
• Familiarity with APIs, system integration, and the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional technical teams and interpret technical specifications.
• Experience with UI/UX tools, wireframes, or process diagrams is beneficial.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage project timelines and mitigate risks in a structured environment.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as ClickUp, Figma, or similar platforms.
