Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative tasks and office operations
- Prepare documents, quotations, invoices, and basic reports
- Assist in project coordination and internal documentation
- Maintain proper filing (digital & physical records)
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams when required
- Support HR and finance admin tasks (claims, attendance, basic payroll coordination)
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office workflow
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience (fresh grads are welcome to apply)
