Job Responsibilities
  • Handle daily administrative tasks and office operations
  • Prepare documents, quotations, invoices, and basic reports
  • Assist in project coordination and internal documentation
  • Maintain proper filing (digital & physical records)
  • Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams when required
  • Support HR and finance admin tasks (claims, attendance, basic payroll coordination)
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office workflow
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience (fresh grads are welcome to apply)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required (to liaise with clients/suppliers)
  • Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and responsible
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
