Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of HR & administrative experience (payroll experience is preferred)
- Background in manufacturing, data center, or M&E engineering companies is an advantage
- Must be able to communicate in Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
- Handle payroll processing and leave management
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Maintain HR records and filing systems
- Support daily administrative tasks and office operations
- Liaise with external parties
- Perform any other ad-hoc HR and administrative duties assigned by management
