• Title: Logistics & Operations Executive (Cold & Frozen Storage).
• Primary Location: The role is based in Shah Alam.
• Core Function: Managing and overseeing operations at third-party cold-chain warehouses to ensure adherence to company standards.

• Multilingual Environment: You will be engaging with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders, requiring strong cross-cultural communication skills.
• External Coordination: The role requires working closely with third-party warehouse teams to support on-site operations.

• Temperature Integrity: Monitor frozen storage environments to ensure they remain at -18°C and below, following up on any deviations.
• Inventory Precision: Perform stock reconciliation, monthly counts, and periodic audits.
• Logistics Standards: Manage inventory using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) principles by SKU, batch, and expiry.
• Risk Management: Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, temperature issues, and product damage risks.
• Technical Reporting: Use Excel and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to prepare stock and exception reports.

• Professional Experience: 1–3 years of experience in frozen or cold-chain warehousing or distribution is preferred.
• Education: Minimum of a Diploma qualification in a relevant discipline.
• Language Proficiency: Ability to communicate effectively in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of frozen storage standards and cold-chain requirements.
• Autonomy: Must be able to independently handle inventory reconciliation and stock counts.
• Mobility: Possession of a valid driving license and own transportation is required.
