- Core Skills:Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals (Debit/Credit), and journal entries.

- System Training: We provide training for our internal accounting system; candidates with basic accounting knowledge are welcome to apply
- Soft Skills:Meticulous, proactive, and comfortable with multitasking in an SME environment.
- Operational & Business Support (70%) | 业务营运支持 (70%)
- Documentation:Coordinate and process daily operation documents and report submissions in a timely manner.
- Commission:Perform accurate calculation of sales/agent commissions and incentives.
- Coordination: Liaise between departments to ensure smooth business workflows. (协调各部门工作，确保业务流程顺畅。)
- Accounting & Finance (30%) / 财务管理与会计 (30%)
- Bookkeeping:Record daily income/expenses; process invoices, journal vouchers and payment vouchers.
- Reconciliation:Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of records.
- Month-end Support:Assist in month-end closing activities and preparation of schedules.
- Documentation & Audit: Maintain proper documentation, systematic filing, and ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
