Operations Executive
Pop The Box Petaling Jaya Full-time
Minimum SPM or equivalent
- Experience in events, operations, or similar roles is preferred
- Basic knowledge of photography (camera handling, angles, lighting) is an advantage
- Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, simple systems)
- Responsible, reliable, and willing to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Able to handle hands-on and physical tasks
- Possess own transport and valid driving license
- Willing to work weekends or extended hours (event-based)
- Coordinate and manage photobooth bookings and schedules
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure event details are accurate
- Prepare and organize all items required before events
- Deliver, set up, and dismantle photobooth equipment at event venues
- Operate photobooth during events when required
- Ensure equipment is properly handled and maintained
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic on-site issues
- Update job status and maintain basic records
