Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1 year of experience in accounting is preferred, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Familiar with basic accounting principles and Microsoft Excel.
  • Good attention to detail, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Able to start immediately or with short notice is an added advantage.
  • Handle daily accounting tasks including data entry, invoice processing, payment matching, and bank reconciliation.
  • Prepare monthly reports and assist in maintaining accurate accounting records.
  • Support month-end closing activities and ensure proper documentation for audit purposes.
  • Liaise with suppliers, internal departments, and relevant parties for payment and billing matters.
  • Monitor petty cash usage and claims submission.
  • Assist the finance team in any other ad-hoc tasks as required.
