  • To support the overall administrative work and ensure smooth running of daily operation (e.g. invoicing, filing, data entry etc.).
  • Handle general HR tasks, i.e. staff attendance & leave control, staff payroll calculation and etc.
  • Good attitude and communication skills.
  • Possess good knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
  • Organization and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
