Your Role
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Assistant located in Georgetown. The Account Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks, including managing credit control, petty cash handling, finance-related tasks, and supporting overall accounting functions.Effective communication with team members and clients to ensure smooth financial operations will be a key part of the role.
Your Responsibilities- Managing credit control and payment follow-ups
- Handling petty cash and daily transactions
- Supporting e-Invoicing rollout (training provided)
- Assisting with reconciliations, data entry, and basic reporting
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure accurate financial records
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Mandarin proficiency is required, as our clients are primarily Mandarin-speaking
