Sales Representative
Responsible and accountable for achieving assigned sales targets and KPIs within the designated area.
Develop and implement designated area sales plans to grow market share.
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key customers.
Monitor competitors’ activities and provide market intelligence feedback.
Managing & improving stocks display whenever possible.
Ensuring market returns are within company’s guidelines.
Ensure timely credit collection and resolve related issues.
Collaborate with the marketing team by contributing ideas and actively participating in trade events,roadshows, and promotional campaigns.
Prepare sales reports for management review.
Able to travel outstation when required.
Candidate must possess at min SPM Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
Min 2 years related working experience in FMCG industry, Good communication and interpersonal skills, positive working attitude
Required Skill(s): closing skills, negotiation, self-confidence, presentation skills, client relationship,motivation for sales
Must possess own transport
Literate computer skills – Microsoft Office
