- Previous experience in a warehouse (at least as a part-time sorter) is an added advantage.
- Must be able to commit to rotational shifts (Day and Night shifts).
- Manage Truck Movement: Oversee the arrival and departure of trucks at the bay and manage the security seal tags.
- Scanning Compliance: Ensure every parcel is scanned using a scanning device before being loaded into the truck.
- LIFO Loading: Organize and arrange parcels according to the Last In First Out (LIFO) method based on the route plan to ensure easy unloading at destination hubs.
- 5S Maintenance: Maintain the neatness and organization of the staging area and workstation following 5S principles.
- Operational Support: Lead and train loaders to follow proper procedures and act as a backup supervisor when required
