About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Events Management Intern to support our team in planning and executing events. This internship offers hands-on experience in event planning, coordination, marketing, and on-site management. You will gain valuable insights into how events are created from start to finish, while developing organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events (from small gatherings to large-scale functions).
• Support the events team in logistics, vendor coordination, and supplier management.
• Help with event registration, guest management, and customer service before and during events.
• Contribute to event marketing efforts, including social media postings, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Conduct research on venues, vendors, and industry trends.
• Prepare event materials, documents, and reports.
• Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, ushering, and troubleshooting.
• Assist with post-event evaluation and reporting.

• Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Events Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Have own transport, willing to travel to Ara Damansara
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Flexible, proactive, and able to adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
• Willing to work on-site during events (may include evenings/weekends).
