Role: Customer Service (Mandarin or Cantonese)

Prefer Immediate Starter

Location: KL Sentral, Sunway Velocity or Cyberjaya (depends on projects)
  • SPM and above
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Able work in rotational shifts (including weekends and public holidays)
  • Able to read, write, and speak fluently and spontaneously in MANDARIN and English.
  • Able to work in KL Sentral/ Sunway Visio/ Cyberjaya office.
  • Skills required: Customer Service, Mandarin Language Proficiency, Communication Skills, Problem Solving, Active Listening and Empathy
  • Understand customer enquiries and respond via applicable channels: email, chat, and call.
  • Understand customer enquiries and ensure they are answered or routed through the appropriate support channel.
  • Manage customer escalations and ensure that these are answered, tracked, and escalated as required.
  • Perform all procedures accurately, including following documented call flows, work processes, data entry requirements, and complaint management processes.
  • Shows empathy and take responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied by providing solution based on SOP.
  • Higher Salary even for Freshers.
