- Minimum 1 year of experience in business process management or a related field, with a proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Handle and process Ansuran (installment) applications efficiently and accurately.
- Coordinate customer requests and provide the appropriate order form based on their requirements.
- Manage the preparation and submission of agreements to financial partners such as JCL or Aeon Credit.
- Provide alternative solutions or payment options for customers whose Ansuran applications are not approved.
