About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern to support our legal, compliance, and regulatory functions within a regulated fintech and crowdfunding environment.

This internship offers hands-on exposure to regulatory analysis, compliance documentation, internal controls, and cross-functional coordination, making it suitable for students interested in fintech, regulation, risk, compliance, or business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in researching and analysing regulatory requirements, guidelines, and industry updates relevant to fintech and capital markets.
• Support the team in tracking regulatory developments, consultations, and compliance-related changes.
• Help document regulatory requirements and translate them into business-friendly summaries.

• Assist in preparing, organising, and maintaining compliance documentation, internal policies, and procedures.
• Support reviews of internal materials, disclosures, and operational documents from a compliance perspective.
• Help ensure documentation is up to date and properly version-controlled.

• Support compliance monitoring activities by assisting with data collection, gap analysis, and tracking remediation actions.
• Assist in preparing basic reports, summaries, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Help track audit findings, action items, and follow-ups.

• Work with internal teams (Operations, Product, Risk, Tech) to gather information required for compliance or regulatory purposes.
• Assist in coordinating internal reviews, audits, or regulatory-related requests.

• Provide administrative and analytical support to the Legal & Compliance / Operations team as needed.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Strong interest in fintech, compliance, regulation, risk, or business analysis.
• Good research, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working with data, documents, and structured processes.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus).
• Detail-oriented, organised, and willing to learn in a regulated environment.
