What you'll do:
As a Due Diligence Analyst within the Global Customer Response Team based in Penang, you will play an essential role in managing customer verification requests related to internal controls. Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating with subject matter experts from different departments to collect vital data for due diligence questionnaires, RFPs, and other client-driven documentation needs.You will be responsible for maintaining an organised repository of responses, ensuring all communications meet rigorous quality standards before delivery. Regularly facilitating discussions between customers and internal teams will be key to resolving outstanding queries efficiently.
In addition to handling routine requests, you will track metrics on request volumes and process effectiveness—using this insight to recommend improvements that enhance overall team performance.
