Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of ITSM or asset management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira or other platforms.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software administration platforms such as Microsoft 365, Adobe, and Zoom.
  • Experience with Excel or other data reporting tools is an advantage.
  • Understanding of general IT processes or asset management principles.
  • ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent is a plus.
Duration: 6 months contract Renewable
Working Arrangement: 9.30am to 6.30pm
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Salary: Basic (RM2,600 per month) + KPI Incentive (RM400)
(Location: Mid Valley beside LRT Abdullah Hukum)

Annual Leave: 1 day for every completed month of service

Key Responsibilities

License Administration
  • Maintain and update software license records across systems
  • Process license requests, allocations, and deactivations
  • Work closely with procurement on license tracking and usage
User Support
  • Assist with license access, activation, and related issues
  • Coordinate with helpdesk and IT teams for user provisioning
  • Update SOPs and internal documentation
Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure license usage follows company policies
  • Support audits by preparing accurate data
  • Monitor usage and highlight optimisation opportunities
Process Improvement
  • Support reporting and tracking of license usage
  • Assist in improving workflows and documentation
