Office Clerk (Basic Accounting)

Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting or finance principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Responsible, detail-oriented, punctual, and able to work independently
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and basic English; knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia is a plus
- Working experience in clerical or accounting roles is an advantage
- Input and update accounting data into systems or spreadsheets
- Help prepare monthly reconciliation and simple financial reports
- Perform filing, photocopying, scanning, and general clerical duties
- Handle basic inquiries from customers and suppliers regarding payments or records
- Assist the supervisor or accounts department with other assigned tasks
