Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Experience in logistics and transportation background is an added advantage
  • Experience in handling driver's enquires
  • Experience in handling petty cash will be added advantage
  • Haulage operation will be added advantage
  • Grant Application/ Gov related management will be added advantage.
  • Manage and record sundry expenses such as utilities, stationery, and general office purchases
  • Maintain accurate filing and tracking of expenses including:
  • DGC, Diesel, TNG, BHP transactions
  • Collection and filing of expense receipts for accounting and claim purposes
  • Oversee general office environment, including:
  • Monitoring and maintaining office cleanliness
  • Taking care of office assets and equipment
  • Assist in day-to-day clerical and administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, scanning, and handling correspondence
  • Provide support to other departments as needed
  • Attend to drivers’ enquiries and operational concerns
  • Experience in handling petty cash is an added advantage
  • Manage foreign workers' attendance reports and inquiries
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management

Work Location:

  • Office located near North Port, Port Klang
  • Must possess own transportation with a valid driving license
  • Able to start immediately or on short notice
  • This is a contract-based position (6 month)
