Senior HR Manager
Bachelor’s degree in human resource, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of progressive Human Resource experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role
- Experience in SMEs, joint ventures, or cross-cultural environments
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, Human Resource best practices, and compliance
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on approach with strategic thinking capabilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Human Resource strategies aligned with joint venture objectives
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives
- Establish and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks across all entities
- Drive performance management, leadership development, and succession planning programs
- Cultivate a value-driven, inclusive, and engaged organizational culture
- Act as a strategic HR business partner to senior leadership and joint venture stakeholders
- Manage and mentor a small Human Resource team while overseeing daily HR operations
