Deal and Contract Specialist, Korean Speaker - Process Specialist

Job Description:

• Delivery core tasks for complex and nonstandard deals and contracts.
• Administration and process management: represent Deal and Contract Assist (DCA) on defined sales calls and prepare quotation.
• Manage and resolve field escalations and internal elevations.
• Develop deep knowledge and subject matter expertise in Area-specific contract requirements.
• Participate in UAT.
• Ensure all the details and information are accurate in contract and quotation.

Qualification:

• Diploma and above in Business, IT related areas or equivalent education background.
• Equivalent experience working in a relevant operations or sales environment (such as sales operations or contract management).
• Candidate must be able to speak in Korean language to serve Korea market.
• Preferably someone with TOPIK Level 4 and above.
