Job Description:
- Client Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with client companies to understand their hiring needs.
- Take detailed job briefs from clients, clarifying requirements, salary expectations, and company culture.
- Provide expert advice to clients on recruitment strategies, market conditions, and candidate availability.
- Negotiate fees and terms of business with clients.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Candidate Management:
- Source and attract candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and suitability for open positions.
- Conduct thorough background checks and reference checks.
- Prepare candidate profiles and present them to clients.
- Provide career advice and guidance to candidates.
- Manage the interview process, providing feedback to both clients and candidates.
- Negotiate salary and benefits packages on behalf of candidates.
- Maintain regular contact with placed candidates to ensure successful integration into their new roles.
- Recruitment Process:
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial client contact to candidate placement.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and track progress.
- Meet or exceed placement targets and revenue goals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, labor market conditions, and recruitment best practices.
- Network with industry professionals and attend relevant events.
- Generate leads and develop new business opportunities.
- Complete administrative task associated with the recruitment process.
- Business Development:
- Proactively seek out new client relationships and business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries.
- Present recruitment services to prospective clients.
