Accounts/ Finance Executive

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in an accounting or finance support role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- LOCAL candidates only
- Experience in using Autocount or SQL is an added advantage
- Proper record and documentation of day-to-day financial transactions.
- Assist in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, including invoice processing, payment preparation, and follow-ups.
- Process invoices, expense claims, and ensure timely payments to vendors or others.
- Assist on month end closing and financial statement monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
- Assist with basic reconciliations and ensure data accuracy.
- Perform other duties and ad-hoc projects as necessary.
