Possess at least Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
- At least Two (2) years working experience in similar role will be an added advantage.
- Competent in Microsoft Excel & Word.
- Ability to work in a team and good sense of responsibility,

- Process supplier invoices and payments
- Issue invoices to customers and follow up on collections
- Maintain accurate records of payables and receivables
- Financial Reporting
- Prepare quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
- Monitor financial performance and highlight variances
- Bank & Cash Management
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient funds for operations
- Handle petty cash and reimbursements
- General Ledger & Accounting
- Maintain and update accounting records
- Ensure all transactions are properly recorded
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing
- Compliance & Audit
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
- Assist in internal and external audits
- Prepare supporting documents for auditors
- Taxation
- Assist in tax filing (e.g., SST, corporate tax where applicable)
- Ensure timely submission of statutory requirements
