Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in acquisition marketing, digital marketing, and content creation.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking partners and customers.
- Experience in creating engaging and informative content for various digital platforms.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with budget management and tracking ROI for marketing campaigns.
- Execute acquisition marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including but not limited to search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, display advertising, and email marketing, to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Develop and implement content marketing strategies to attract and engage target audiences, including creating blog posts, articles, infographics, videos, and other relevant content formats.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement to maximize ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for content creation and SEO optimization, ensuring content is aligned with search engine best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and ensure a cohesive brand experience.
- Translate marketing materials and content from English to Mandarin and vice versa, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance for the target audience.
- Manage social media presence on relevant platforms, creating engaging content, monitoring social media channels, and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the development and execution of marketing events and webinars, including coordinating logistics, promoting events, and managing attendee communication.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, content marketing, and acquisition marketing, and proactively identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns, providing regular updates to management on campaign performance and ROI.
