We’re looking for a creative and energetic Marketing Executive to join our Lantera Venue team! If you have 1–2 years of experience, love exploring new ideas, and are inspired by the excitement of weddings & events, this role is perfect for you.

This isn’t just another desk job — you’ll be part of a team that creates memorable and inspiring experiences, from intimate weddings to large-scale events.

Key Resposibilities:

• Plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns for weddings, corporate, and special events.
• Manage social media platforms (FB, IG, TikTok) with creative & inspiring content.
• Explore new marketing trends, especially in the events & wedding industry.
• Build Lantera Venue’s brand identity to be classy, modern, and loved by Gen Z & Millennials.

• Develop inspiring, trendy, and engaging content — from reels to event highlights.
• Work with photographers, videographers, and designers to ensure visual excellence.

• Collaborate with the sales team to promote event packages.
• Be present at events/open days to capture live content & engage with guests.

• Explore new ideas, competitor activities, and customer insights.
• Suggest fresh concepts to keep Lantera Venue ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in Marketing / Events / Content Creation.
• Creative, proactive, and not afraid to try new ideas.
• Comfortable in both digital & offline marketing.
• Strong social media knowledge (TikTok, IG Reels, Stories).
• Excellent communication skills in English & Malay.
• Age preference: mid-20s to early 30s (we’re looking for someone mature enough but still energetic ✨).
