about the job- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans for new and existing property projects.
- Manage project marketing budgets and time-lines to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with creative agencies and designers to produce high-quality brochures, videos, signage, and other promotional materials.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to provide actionable insights on pricing, positioning, and buyer trends.
- Plan and execute marketing events, including project launches, property showcases, and exclusive client events.
- Manage relationships with a network of external partners, from creative agencies to media consultants, ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of project marketing experience within the property development industry.
- In-depth knowledge of property market dynamics and buyer behaviour.
- Proficiency in preparing regulatory reports such as Borang 7F, 7E, and NAPIC.
