Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Law, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in HR with strong focus on IR or employee relations.
- Solid knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act, IR Act, and Labour Laws.
- Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to handle confidential matters with integrity and discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Manage and advise on disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, and grievance handling.
- Handle employee misconduct investigations and recommend appropriate actions.
- Draft and review HR policies, memos, show cause letters, and warning letters.
- Maintain accurate records related to employee disputes, misconduct, warnings, and DI proceedings.
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Support HR policy development and implementation.
- Maintain employee personal files, records, and HRIS database.
- Assist in performance management process and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate training, benefits, and welfare programs.
- Provide advisory support to management on HR and IR matters.
