Project Coordinator (Interior Design & Renovation)

Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 ~ 5 years of relevant experience in project coordination within the interior design and renovation industry.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin languages, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and identify and resolve potential issues.
- Experience in budgeting and cost control, with the ability to monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Familiarity with sales administration processes, including preparing quotations, processing orders, and managing client communication.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, responsible and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Onsite presence in Kuala Lumpur is required for effective project coordination and communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience in Autocount System is a bonus
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met and any issues are promptly addressed.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Manage project-related paperwork, such as contracts, purchase orders, and invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Support the sales administration process by preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations for potential clients.
- Track project expenses and ensure adherence to the approved budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities where possible.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, including meeting minutes, site reports, and change orders.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and ensure efficient project execution.
- Assist in preparing presentation materials and work closely with designers for proposal submissions.
- Solve site or client issues promptly to maintain strong after-sales service and satisfaction.
