Are you a detail-oriented and highly organized individual with a passion for marketing? We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Project Coordinator to play a pivotal role in managing and streamlining diverse marketing projects across our portfolio of brands.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project coordination, preferably within a marketing environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Set and track KPIs for all marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring measurable performance outcomes.
• Coordinate all marketing projects related to the Syok and Nexgen brands, including digital, retail, influencer, and trade campaigns.
• Chase deadlines and ensure timely delivery of all assets, approvals, and campaign rollouts.
• Maintain and update detailed project timelines, task lists, and marketing calendars.
• Collaborate closely with design, product, compliance, sales, and external vendors.
• Monitor campaign progress and performance, providing regular updates to the Marketing Manager.
• Ensure all campaigns are compliant with marketing guidelines and operational standards in the vape industry.
• Organize meetings, track action items, and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
• Assist with the coordination of product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand activations.
• Undertake other ad hoc assignments as required.
