React Native Developer (Immediate Hiring)

About the Role

We’re looking for a talented React Native Developer to join our team and help build and enhance our POS and Restaurant Management System. You’ll work across both front-end and back-end technologies to deliver a seamless, offline-first experience for our users, integrating APIs and building scalable, efficient systems.

• Develop and optimize features for the POS and Restaurant Management System for both iOS and Android using React Native.
• Integrate features and functionality across domains such as finance, reporting, orders, and outlet information.
• Build an offline-first experience to ensure reliability for end users.
• Manage and optimize SQLite databases to ensure scalability, performance, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm, design, and implement new features.
• Automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows using Bash scripts or AI tools like ChatGPT.

• Available to join immediately on-site in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
• Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience as a React Native Developer with strong API integration skills.
• Proficient in TypeScript and experienced with React, React Native, Node.js, and/or Express.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as OpenAI SDK or Gemini SDK for implementing smart features.
• Experience managing and optimizing SQLite databases.
• Strong understanding of SaaS tools and integration with modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Familiarity with Replit and Cursor for collaborative, efficient development.
• Proven track record of developing and deploying at least 2 apps to the Play Store, App Store, or other public platforms.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), with responsiveness and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage workload independently while contributing ideas to the team.
