IT Support

Fluent in Mandarin (written & spoken) – you’ll be chatting with PRC clients daily

• A degree in Computer Science or related field, OR at least 1 year of IT support experience
• Good knowledge of Windows and Linux systems
• Familiar with server hardware and components
• Willing to work on a shift basis
• Excellent communication, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Independent, proactive, and great at working with others
• Be the first point of contact when a customer needs help – via email, phone, or support tickets
• Work with our pre-sales team to answer technical questions, help with demos, and tailor solutions
• Set up testing and demo environments for client evaluations
• Pass feedback and bugs from customers to our engineers in Hong Kong
• Keep communication clear and friendly while solving problems efficiently
• Stay sharp, adaptable, and collaborative with both customers and your team
