Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, related field (preferred)

• Fresh graduate or equivalent 1-2 years of working experience.
• Proven experience in an IT Support role or similar position.
• Strong knowledge of Windows or Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with computer hardware components and peripherals.
• Experience with troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when necessary.
• Able to travel to office (Hybrid)
• Able to travel oversea to do maintenance on hardware and site checking. (HongKong, Taiwan, Korea)
• Do Installation on different kind of operating systems (Linux, Window Server, etc)
• Deploy and maintain on-going business (CDN, SSL, etc)
• Provide technical assistance and support to end-users via instant messaging platform or email.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems.
• Perform system upgrades and maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and support IT projects.
• Document technical procedures and solutions for knowledge sharing.
• Train end-users on the proper use of hardware and software.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Provide Cloudflare support skills.
