- Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)
- Good attitude, responsible, and willing to learn
- Able to multitask and work under minimal supervision
- Coordinate and oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow
- Act as a key point of contact between management, clients, suppliers, and relevant authorities
- Liaise with government bodies and external parties for permits, approvals, and operational requirements
- Prepare, issue, and maintain Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, and related shipping/operation documents
- Arrange and monitor delivery schedules, and transportation coordination
- Follow up on deliveries to ensure timely completion and resolve any operational issues that arise
- Maintain proper documentation, filing system, and database records for audit and reference purposes
- Assist in stock control, inventory updates, and coordination of incoming/outgoing materials
- Handle communication via email, phone calls, and written correspondence professionally
- Support administrative tasks including data entry, report preparation, and record keeping
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational standards
- Undertake any ad-hoc duties assigned by Management from time to time
