Possess a Diploma in a relevant technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience providing technical support, specifically within a helpdesk or customer service environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Mandarin language, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking users and stakeholders.
- Strong technical skills in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Microsoft Office 365, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) systems, including user enrollment, troubleshooting access issues, and providing user support.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services and related technologies, with the ability to assist users in navigating and utilizing these services effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely to non-technical users.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
- Provide first-level technical support to Mandarin-speaking users via phone, email, and chat, addressing issues related to Microsoft Office 365, Azure, and other company-supported applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to software, hardware, and network connectivity, escalating complex issues to senior technical staff when necessary.
- Assist users with setting up and configuring Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for enhanced security, providing clear instructions and guidance in Mandarin and English.
- Create and maintain accurate documentation of common technical issues and their resolutions in both Mandarin and English to build a comprehensive knowledge base.
- Collaborate with other IT support teams to identify and resolve recurring technical issues, contributing to the overall improvement of IT service delivery.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives, such as software deployments and system upgrades, providing technical support and ensuring smooth transitions for Mandarin-speaking users.
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues, proactively addressing them to minimize disruptions to user productivity.
