Technical Engineer |Specialist

SPM and Above with relevant experience can apply

• Ability to assist clients in resolving technical issues promptly and professionally
• Proficient in reading, speaking, and typing Mandarin (Traditional mandarin )
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer-oriented with a proactive attitude
• Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access controls via Azure AD and Entra ID
• Configure and support Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and (SSO) for Microsoft 365 and client platforms
• Administer Azure AD components including user/group management and RBAC (Role-Based Access Control)
• Maintain directory synchronization using Azure AD Connect / Entra ID Sync
• Integrate applications using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML protocols
• Implement and manage Conditional Access Policies to enhance identity security
• Monitor identity-related logs and authentication activity for anomalies and compliance
• Collaborate with internal teams to support secure access across systems and applications
• Maintain documentation and ensure best practices for identity and access governance
• Willingness to work on Malaysian public holidays with replacement leave (RL) provided
