Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the consulting industry.
  • Exhibit a strong understanding of the business consulting landscape, market trends, and competitive dynamics in Malaysia.
  • Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate fluently and professionally in both languages.
  • Exhibit a proactive and results-oriented approach, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and business development goals.
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain client relationships, and negotiate and close deals.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Business / Mgmt Consulting sector in Kuala Lumpur, aligning with Humantech Services Sdn Bhd's strategic goals for sustainable growth.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand the company's market presence and client base, leveraging innovative marketing approaches.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential areas for business expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations, fostering long-term partnerships and collaborations.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of Humantech Services Sdn Bhd.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, consulting, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives and client projects.
  • Monitor and report on business development activities, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.
